Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping within Ireland costs EUR 5.95, and international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over EUR 35 within Ireland. Please check our website for current promotions, our minimum order amounts is EUR 15.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping times vary depending on your locations, but we strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than a damaged product. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package by emailing us at kloekloe.ie@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product. Once we have received your email and reviewed your claim, we will arrange to send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Please note that all replacement products are subject to availability. In the event that a replacement product is not available, we may offer you a similar product of equal or greater value.
Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

Yes, all of our earrings are carefully packaged in a well-designed box to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
I have sensitive skin, can I wear your earrings?

Our earrings are made from a variety of high-quality materials, including sterling silver, alloy and hypoallergenic materials such as surgical steel. However, we cannot guarantee that all of our designs will be hypoallergenic for every individual as people have different body chemistry and reactions.
