We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than a damaged product. Once we have received your email and reviewed your claim, we will arrange to send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Our earrings are made from a variety of high-quality materials, including sterling silver, alloy and hypoallergenic materials such as surgical steel. However, we cannot guarantee that all of our designs will be hypoallergenic for every individual as people have different body chemistry and reactions.
